- A high level of attention to detail and be exceptionally well organised.

- A good level of computer knowledge, basic excel skills will be required.

- Good telephone manner

Job Description

Key duties include:

– Dealing with high volume outgoing and inbound calls to and from customers and drivers.

– Chasing customers via telephone and e-mail

– Working closely with other departments and external customers to resolve queries

– Generating and sending appropriate chasing emails to customers when necessary

– Placing accounts on stop / taking accounts off stop at the appropriate times

– Liaising with Supervisor and Finance Manager regarding payment performance of accounts that require assistance in collecting debt

– Reviewing aged debt to minimise outstanding balances

– Account reconciliation, query resolution

– Ad-hoc jobs as required by Supervisor/Finance Manager.
