Here at Sprout Health Foods, we have been working with Hunts Food Group since we first opened our doors in July 2016. They have remained our primary supplier throughout this time, through thick and thin, the opening of competitive shops, the Covid years and now through a Cost of Living Crisis. We find that their service is excellent, as they are willing to listen to our needs as a customer and act accordingly. The communication at all levels of the business is superb, encompassing liaising with everyone from dedicated delivery drivers, the accounts team, the endlessly patient customer service team and of course our hard working rep. It is useful to take a moment to reflect on the high level of customer service provided by this company, when compared to many other of our numerous suppliers. We also appreciate that they always have in mind the sustainability and environmental credentials of their business, which is yet another reason that we intend to continue working with them for many years to come.
