Being a Living Hours Employer builds upon our living Wage accreditation by focusing on how much time our colleagues need to work to support themselves and their families. We realise that time is just as valuable as money and want to provide our colleagues with a better work-life balance and more secure contracts. This means that the relevant members of staff working for Hunt's are entitled to:
− Decent notice periods for shifts of at least 4 Weeks.
− A contract that reflects the hours you regularly work.
− A guaranteed minimum of 16 hours of work per week.
